The terms and conditions presented herein establish the understanding between you and Towcester Airport Solution. Your booking of a taxi and utilization of our service signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
The terms “Towcester Airport Solution,” “we,” or “us” pertain to the service-providing company. “You” and “your” may denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 Ensure ample time for your journey to arrive punctually, particularly for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. We are not accountable for delays due to inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled collection time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a suitably sized vehicle for passengers and luggage. No assurance is provided for excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made during the booking process.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Quotations by Towcester Airport Solution are based on information provided by you, excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Material changes to the itinerary may result in quote adjustments.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time is subject to the standard waiting rate.
3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy; any discrepancies not reported to Towcester Airport Solution may result in delays or additional costs.
3.4 Payment methods include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility; charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.
4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance limits on passenger numbers is mandatory.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Notify Towcester Airport Solution promptly for cancellations; charges apply if canceled after dispatch.
5.2 Cancellation charges may apply for online bookings before dispatch.
6. Liability
6.1 While Towcester Airport Solution strives for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 Alternative arrangements will be made in case of a breakdown.
6.4 You won’t hold Towcester Airport Solution liable for expenses arising from any omission or act by your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or unenforceable matters as per applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 Immediate termination may occur if any risk is posed to vehicles or drivers. No refunds for terminated journeys.
8.Miscellaneous
8.1 Towcester Airport Solution may subcontract obligations. You may not transfer rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered; check regularly for updates. Existing bookings are based on rates at the time of booking.
8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Towcester Airport Solution and you.
8.5 No third party has rights unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims made after this period won’t be entertained by Towcester Airport Solution.
